you’re missing out. It’s Joe Thomas and Andrew Hawkins and it is extremely informative and very funny. Some tidbits I’ve picked up from them:

JT says that Hue did not know the front office would be essentially tanking when he took the job. He saw a lot of pieces in place when he was hired then had to deal with most of those pieces being traded or cut right out from under him. Joe basically said that Sashi’s plan was to suck on purpose to get high draft picks and Hue was not on board for that.

When they cut Haden it was way more damaging to the coaches and the players than we imagined.

Andrew Hawkins sneaked out of the hotel every night to sleep in his own bed. Though they had guards in the hall to keep players from sneaking out, he would walk right by them wearing sandals, shorts, and carrying a newspaper and just acting like he’s going to the lobby at 1am to buy a gatorade. They never even questioned him and he was never caught.

Outside of Cleveland, Joe Thomas is not famous. Last year he took his wife to the ESPN super bowl party, the bouncer at the door would not let him in.

I really have no idea why I continue to root for this organization.

And I really, genuinely meant that.

I also have been doing some soul searching on this topic. I’ll let you know if I figure out an answer.

Yeah, posted on this about two weeks back. Those two definitely have chemistry. I love Hawk’s point of view, not having to worry about repercussions when discussing his former career. Thomas is a natural on the mic. And you can tell that their chemistry began in the locker room.

It’s good shit, for those that haven’t listened.
