Mine is Demarious Randall. He has been nothing short of amazing at free safety. He doesn’t show up great in the stats section so Soup probably doesn’t even recognize the name but he has been a fantastic addition to our defense and absolutely worth the trade we made for him.
Who is your unsung hero?
I agree fully. He’s the lynchpin safety we’ve needed. When he went out and Kindred subbed it was noticeable. That’s the best trade we’ve ever made. Dumping the worst QB in a decade for a much needed actual FS

Agreed. If I had to provide another, I’d say Higgins. He wasn’t even supposed to make the team, and was behind Louis initially. Than all the talk was about Gordon and Landry, and within Gordon gone, all the talk is about Calloway to step up. But, Higgins has been a solid if unspectacular receiver throughout.

Ooh that’s a good one too. He’s more of a preseason hero than a regular season hero so far, but I expect good things from him this year.

When you have Garrett double teamed on every single play, someone’s gonna get left 1 on 1. Ogunjobi has done a really great job taking advantage of that. When Ogbah comes back it’ll really be fun to watch. Also this was the 2nd game without Kirksey. His return will improve us quite a bit as well.

This, big time. That’s an iron man mofo who makes plays and leads this defense. They paid him for a very good reason, regardless if he leads the team in any stat. Shame that he couldn’t be on the field last night (he deserves this win more than any current player), because the Jets likely score even less than they did.
