Gregg Williams should’ve been kept as HC. He relinquished DC play calling

Kitchens changed the offense completely and is clueless. Hindsight is Williams. Shannahan would’ve had Kizer

Williams is a 61 year old retread with a career 22-34 record as a head coach. This is the guy that thought playing Jabril Peppers in the 4th row of the dawg pound was a good plan. Your obsession with him is mind boggling.

Williams was given a buttload if talent on D, and yet his D turned into Swiss cheese with the game on the line week in and week out.

Williams suckedas a DC. One of the worst ever. However he changed team culture as a HC and went 5-3

It amazes me that you can simultaneously give Williams all the credit in the world for his record while exonerating him for his defenses performance, AND crucify Freddie Kitchens for his offenses performance while giving him no credit for his wins. Backassery at its finest.

Shanahan is an offensive genius. He’s the guy you want calling plays when you have a mediocre, nothing-special but not-really-awful guy playing QB.

I one hated Williams as DC more than me. When he became HC he relinquished playcalling duties and they went 5-3 and cleaned up sloppiness

Kitchens insists on calling offensive plays and the team is completely sloppy and 2-3 with 2 blowouts. One of which is to one of the NFLs worst teams and the other to an overrated team.

Kitchens did it to himself on offense by calling his own plays. If he decides to give those duties to Monken (which should’ve been game 1) then he can relieve himself of blame on offense

    Freedom!!!
