Haslam is picking the coach and giving the coach the option to keep or can Dorsey. That doesn’t sound like a meeting Dorsey would be invited to

So Dorsey being unable to talk to the press because he’s too busy interviewing coaches is evidence that he’s getting fired because he has no say in hiring a new coach?
