    Eric Murray is as good as Burnett if he stays healthy. This, to me, doesnt really weaken the safety position. Doesn’t make me feel any better about it either, though.

    So Soup, I guess you don’t like this move either?

    For me it will all depend on who he is replaced with. It isn’t like he was a stud though.

    Update: didn’t realize Murray was due to be a free agent, and he’s just signed with another team. This makes cutting Burnett puzzling, at best.
