    Not an upgrade IMO. Is this depth and special teams or is he supposed to be a starter?

    We don’t know anything about him because he’s at best a very average player.

    Seems like more of depth signing than anything else.

    At this point Taki Taki and Mack will be the starting LB’s with the 3rd possibly being a hybrid safety/LB possibly

    Takitaki is a 100% effort guy, but when he was on the field last season I was not particularly impressed. Mack is an amazing talent but he had Joe Sho telling him his responsibilities before every play. It is yet to be seen if he can handle the playbook. We need LB’s in a bad way, and that really sucks.
