The Browns are signing former Florida State DT Marvin Wilson to a huge rookie free-agent deal that includes a $30,000 signing bonus plus $162,000 in guaranteed base salary, per source. Cleveland won a swift bidding war for Wilson, one of the top players to go undrafted.
I was surprised that he went undrafted. It was awhile back, but I know some mocks made before the season had him pegged as potential first rounder. Another great Berry move.

Wilson was fantastic in 2019, is a fantastic leader, and plays a position of need for us. A lot of great athletes in every sport at every level had down years in 2020, it was an unprecedented year. Seems like a great kid to take a chance on.
I am guessing that is why they outbid other teams for him. He is the one UDFA I expect to make the team.
