I know you’ve been asking.
Here’s the short version: busy.
I left news and started a new job working as a civilian contractor for the department of defense. That’s a fancy way of saying I’m a staff videographer for the Army. I shoot basic training.
Secondly, my freelance work has finally crept back into pre-Covid levels. It’s been a very, very long year and a half.
The most significant role though, is that I have finally made it to the NFL. I have been hired by the Carolina Panthers. Whaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaat? Yeah, you all read that right, I work for the Panthers.
I’m still a devoted, die-hard Browns fan, and they are all aware of this lol.
All of this has taken a lot of time and effort though, and the Barking Lot is unfortunately on hiatus currently until I can get enough time to do it properly. But make no mistake, we WILL be back.
Does Soup still want everyone fired? Nevermind, I know the answer. Carry on gentlemen, I’ll try to drop by more often to school you guys about everything you’re wrong about, which is probably a lot. Except for Ice, he knows what he’s talking about most of the time.
The Panthers should fire you! Seriously though – CONGRATS!!!!! That’s been a dream of yours for a long ass time. Love it!!!!!

Congrats on the NFL job. I know how hard you’ve been working to get into that. Also congrats on the army job. Nice to know you’re finally getting paid to video men exercising instead of doing it for your own benefit.
