Williams has suffered his 3rd concussion. The 2nd year undrafted cornerback has been playing well for the Browns, considerably outplaying 8th overall pick Justin Gilbert who is currently suffering from splinters from sitting on the bench. While Williams is out, Pierre Desir will step in at nickel. Desir is also coming back from a concussion.
