    Browns Overmatched By Steelers

At least we’re predictable. I don’t think anyone in Vegas lost any money betting on this game. For the 6th time this season our defense allowed 30 points. Once again we had no running game whatsoever. Once again our QB was running for his life every time the ball was snapped. And once again Ben Roethlisberger is hailed as a hero in Pittsburgh for decimating our defense.
The Browns limp into the bye week with 8 losses and only 2 wins. Owner Jimmy Haslam has proclaimed that no big changes will be made during the bye week but to say that Pettine is running out of goodwill is an understatement. Meanwhile Ray Farmer is on borrowed time. Danny Shelton has done nothing this year. 1st round pick Cameron Erving finally made it into the starting lineup this week because Bitonio is injured, and now we know why he wasn’t getting any playing time. He spent most of the day getting bull rushed into Manziel, and when he got beat he liked to commit holding penalties.
Manziel had his best game as a starter with a whopping 372 yards passing, but he set the tempo for the team when he fumbled away his first pass of the game. There is a lot to be done over the bye week, the question is how do you fix a team that is this bad?
