52 years in the making. I admit, I’m not a basketball fan. I watched none of the games leading up to the finals, and didn’t watch anything until the last six minutes of game 7 (you know, Game of Thrones and all that). What I witnessed was nothing short of jaw-dropping, amazing, and just…wow. A fitting end to what was the greatest series in the history of the NBA, and an end to the misery that has been Cleveland sports.
I’m not one to buy into luck, fate, or any of that crap, but I hope that some of whatever the Cavs brought with them to these finals rub off on our beloved Browns. It’s a great feeling.
UFC Heavyweight Champ is from Cleveland.
Monsters won the Calder Cup.
The Cavs won the NBA title.
The Indians are in 1st place.

I was on 25th street when they won, I went to the parade yesterday…what an amazing experience.
The Indians are currently doing their job, and then it’s the Browns’ turn. The pressure is on, “next year” and “it’s a process” are no longer acceptable in this town.
Went to the parade in Cleveland and the LBJ event in AKron with the Kiddos. Bot were awesome experiences.

Uhhhhh, the only thing the Tribe won in the 80’s was the record for lowest attendance in the league for an entire decade because they sucked so bad.
