At #1? Not a chance. Myles Garrett is a once in a generation type of talent and there’s no way the Browns pass on him. At #10(ish)? Maybe, though doubtful, especially if we don’t resign Pryor (and I’m on record as saying we won’t). Mike Williams will be the pick if he’s still on the board, otherwise I suspect it will be the best DB on the board. Texas Tech’s Pat Mahomes II at the top of the second. He has all the attributes they loved in RG3 and is the prototypical dual threat QB with a big arm that analytics types love. I also happen to think he’s the best QB prospect in this draft, hands down.
