The players seem to be quite fired up by him. I know you hate it and disagree, but excited, motivated defensive players is a good thing and often leads to desirable results.

Like he did last year in L.A. with the 9th ranked defense in the league? Would that count as impressive?
I don’t care about yardage. 23rd in PPG allowing over 24. Why don’t I care about yards? They were run on 424 times. 12th in the NFL. It shortens games. It’s the Mike Pettine pre-Cleve D. 24th in sacks. They had the 12th most pass attempts against them. Can’t get to the QB.

I’d say it was a shitty job. Again, I hope to hell I’m wrong, but I’m feeling like we got another talking head.
