KeymasterLol, I thought you were digging up an old post where people were swearing up and down he’s not an addict and is a victim of Goodell and the evil NFL empire.
This is so much better than that!

Participant2 days before he was supposed to start the season last year he checked himself in rehab. There is no way he makes it. Dude will screw up. That is what he is.
Browns should have traded his rights ok Tuesday if they could.

KeymasterI don’t think you can trade the rights of a player who is under indefinite suspension, but I may be wrong.

Browns should have traded his rights ok Tuesday if they could. They couldn’t. By nfl rules, yes they could have. But, nobody is going to trade for a player right after he admits to being addicted to everything but pringles. It’s a PR nightmare. Not to mention the guy is 3 years removed from the last time he played in an nfl game, and he wasn’t particularly impressive in that 6 game stint (yes, he does stints in the nfl invetseen his suspensions. It makes more sense to think of it that way the the reverse).
Jay Ayaji went for a 4th and he ran for 1000 yards last year. The options with Gordon are and have been play him or cut him. Trade is not an option.
