That was because of that bullshit transition tag a few years back. That contract was drawn up with Jacksonville, but to keep him, we had to honor it. So here we are, getting bit in the ass by a past GM.
Problem is, we really don’t have a replacement. He goes…and we have a real issue.
Far as is age goes, he’s likely got about 3-4 good years left. And not much of an answer if he doesn’t resign here.
Hopefully Cam Erving can actually play center – especially now that we have an o-line coach that doesn’t abuse women.
