Are the Browns being underhanded in waiting to hire Kevin O'Connell until he's done working with Mariotta?

Loading ...I’d say use the loophole. It’s not like we’re deflating footballs here. Other teams are just jelly because they didn’t think of it first. And I imagine this loophole will be closed going forward at the owners meeting.
I second and to be frank, deflategate is just another reason goodell cares more about money than the integrity of the game.

The Browns have done nothing wrong whatsoever. Guess what? This “loophole” is available to every NFL team AND it can NEVER be closed. The NFL has no right to bar people from earning a living based on a rumor. The NFL literally can’t do anything to stop it. If they are planning to hire him – they should call him and say “you are still our guy, now we are just going to mess with people.” and set up public interviews with 5 other QB coaches.

Couldn’t seem to get the vote button to work, but I’m with the loophole group. As has always been the case, I’d gripe if another team did it, but admit that it wasn’t against the rules.
