Get McDaniels full control in Cleveland. Mcdaniels trades Mayfield to NE for a 2nd round pick. Mcdaniels goes back to NE as OC

Maybe they just wanted Dorsey in New England, so they let McDaniels call Haslam and scare him into firing John.
I didn’t need to even see who posted that nonsense to know who it was. Some things never change, unlike Cleveland coaches and GMs.
McDaniels isn’t going to have full control if hired. The GM will have final say. What McDaniels wants is someone who is on the same page as he is.
