    3 things stick out:

Erving. His skill and attitude are top notch. However, feels like a knee jerk reaction to Macks contract.

Orchard. Perfect example of the “running on ice” our GMS do. We replaced 25 year old second round pick in Sheard with a 21 year old that needs to be converted to OLB.

Duke Johnson. We had zero need at RB. A 3rd on one seems excessive.

    Overall it’s a very solid draft. I’d rate it a B

When have we ever in the last 15 years said hey our running back is healthy all year. If there is a player who you have scouted and feel like he is a strong addition, then you take him. You make it sound like West and Crow are all pro.

Again Soup, maybe Sheard wanted to play somewhere else and you assume we chose to let him walk. However, last year was his worst year in a Cleveland Browns Jersey. You too many times tie yourself to mediocre players.

@Ice I really like the two TE’s we drafted. Johnson should be a good blocker and Telfer should be a pretty versatile guy.

Also like the Gaines pick…..Louisville had one of the best backfields in CFB last year.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

My favorite pick of this draft might be our last pick; Ifo Ekpre-Olomu was on his way to perhaps being a 1st round CB but he blew up his knee last December. He might not take the field for a year, and even when he does who knows if he’ll be the same player, but if he is then we just red-shirted an awesomely talented CB for the low price of a 7th round pick. If he works out, he’ll be Ray’s master stroke.

I don’t mind picking a center (who will play guard) in the first round. If he plays like he should, we will have 4 solid starters on the OL and if Mack does decide to leave after this season, he can swing back over to center. I didn’t think we needed to draft a RB but Johnson is a pretty good player who can catch the ball so he hadd another dimention out of the backfield. The main thing that bothered me about this draft was waiting until 15 other WRs were taken before we nabbed one.

Yea, I really didn’t know who he was….of course I can say I don’t watch too much PAC 10 Football. My buddy who is a Bears fan was hoping they would get him as he might be the steal of the draft. Yes, it is a risky pick, but with today’s medical technologies and his youth, he will heal and hopefully be a great player for us!!

The Browns made some decent choices including getting another OL in the first round. The kid can play anywhere on the line. My guess is he will be the starting RG and if Mack does leave, we will have a center already on the team and if Mack stays after this year then we have 4 pretty good pieces to the OL.

right side of the line was a goddamn joke irving will start at tackle and if mack goes down he can slide over it’s a win win and it’s also kinda funny to see you say something negative about drafting a o-lineman
