2nd round tender. That’s a hell of a return on investment if someone takes him from us. And it’s also a hell of a deal for anyone who gives up a 2nd for a top 5 NFL RB.

We also have right if first refusal, so we can still keep him even if he does sign with another team.
A 2nd round tender means that if another team signed him to an offer sheet, we have the right to match it and if we decide not to then we get a 2nd rounder in return.
Unless he gets a huge contract, I feel like we will keep him. We will have a very dynamic offense next year. I need to temper my excitement but I like what they are doing on offense so far.
We could wind up being like the Dolphins or Chargers of the old. We will score a ton of points but give up a lot too.
As of right now, I expect our over under to be pretty high. LOL. Still a lot of time to go though.
