I recommend the Cleveland Hostel. It’s dirt cheap, right by the best drag of bars and restaurants in town, and a short trip from the stadium. Great option for groups, as well.

I’m a little old to stay in a hostel. I might not be strong enough to fight off young women trying to have their way with me in the middle of the night.
