My personal feeling is that the players matter MUCH more than the coach. Had Eric Mangini had this kind of talent he’d probably still be our coach.
That said I do like Kitchens a lot. The only complaint I have is that he went too far in discussing his issues with Bob Wylie. He seems to be running this team well.
Ice i agree to a point the coach sets the expectations and tone for his team if him and the QB are in lockstep then so much the better right now we have that and for the first time since 99 we’re headed in the right direction, now how would we look if Greg Williams was still HC or if they’d hired Stafanski from Minn. whom I’d heard was their second choice? all the players say they love the coach yet he pushes them harder and stricter than Hue Jackson ever did this will be a special team.
