If he had a 3rd arm a foot longer than the other 2 that he could use to stiff arm defenders in the pocket, with ostrich legs that bent backwards so he could never technically be called down when he fell, with an arm that could teleport a football anywhere on the field at will and the mutant ability to foreshadow every scenario possible when reading reading a defense to ensure making the absolute best possible play, Soup would still find 10 “facts” to convince you that he was the worst football player that ever put on shoulder pads. And come hell or high water he’d spend 8 weeks telling you that you were a fucking idiot for not understanding it.

i thought (hoped) Shaw would be the QB that would take over when given the opportunity.Sort of how Brian Sipe rose to the challenge…Sipe did have a better chance with the receivers at the time, and stronger coaching. It was a much different era, stars aligned just right for Brian. To much flux and moving parts on this team. Hopefully things will stabilize now under the new regime.
