Are you aware that in the NFL guys with the football get tackled and oftentimes fall on the ball as they are carrying it?
He go injured by the football. Let that sink in. Injured by the very thing he’s supposed to catch and carry.

ShooterModeratorYou realize that if you are jumping for a football while running and land on it while going down, with a grown man on your back, bad things can happen. Things like, rupturing a spleen. Or a pancreas. Or any other organs that are susceptible to being injured from an action that’s similar to being shot with a cannon ball directly into your gut.
No, silly me. You don’t realize that. That’s why you blathered on and made it seem as if someone tossed him a nerf ball and he shattered like a broken mirror. My apologies, even with that sigline I still forget that most of the time you have no idea what the hell you’re talking about.

soupParticipantInjured last year. Injured this year by the football. Weak body. Too small. Slot WR in round 1. Bad move.

ShooterModeratorI swear to God I should get paid for saddling you with that sigline. I don’t think anything has come as close to actual perfection since Neil Peart rockked out YYZ.

soupParticipantName me a player that broke his spleen landing on the football. Chris Simms was hit multiple times which caused his. It wasn’t the ball. Ryan Clark had a disease and high altitude caused his. Go ahead. Let me know who had their spleen removed landing on a football.
Place the research here. Good luck (as an FYI organ injuries are very rare in football and are caused by direct blows. None by landing on a football so you can shove your theory above up your ass on that one).
The most I’ve ever witnessed is the wind knocked out of a player. Keep looking though. Only time I’ve heard of an actual injury from falling on a ball is the extremely brittle Coleman.

ShooterModeratorName me a player that broke his spleen landing on the football.
I never said he did, I just said it was a possibility. Because it is.
Could’ve been a bruised kidney. Severley bruised ribs. Torn muscle. It could be a lot of things and sitting out the next 3 practices of OTA’s is the best course of action before camp gets started.
You’re making a gigantic deal, as you are so want to do, out of what is most likely nothing at all.

soupParticipantIt’s possible to get struck by lightning too. Only a weak bodied person gets injured falling on a football.

IceKeymasterSpleens don’t break. They’re squishy. And delicious.
Carry on with your argument that any player injured 2 years in a row is not worth having on the team. I’m enjoying it.

soupParticipantInjured by calling on the very thing he’s supposed to catch and hold onto. It’s not like he was hit by a car while sitting in a restaurant

ShooterModeratorOkay, okay.
Are we in “bet” territory here?
I mean, bro, I’ve already destroyed you. You wanna get some redemption here? I’m game.
Let’s talk avatars. Let’s talk parameters.
You think Coleman is a bum. Fragile. Worthless.
That’s cool.
I don’t.
Let’s frame this. Since you already lost a stupid, stupid bet t me, I’ll let you call the next one.
Corey Coleman is______ vs. my rebuttle.
If you win, you get my avatar for a year. If I win, I get yours.
Let’s dance Soupy.

So who should we have taken instead Soup just to play devils advocate?Tyler Boyd is who I wanted WR wise. Coleman has a history of being an injured wuss. It’s carrying over. Horrific pick. Hopefully it was a function of not enough time for the staff.

A 3rd round concussed QB with no line is vastly different than a FIRST ROUND WR with a LONG history of Injuries hurting himself on a football and having g yet another hamstring injury.2 more years he’s out of the NFL. Another Browns special first round bust.

We have myriads feuds, why is this one so particularly upsetting to you?
By the rest of your comments you seem to be of similar thinking as myself. Do you not like it when I call Soup out for being mentally deranged?

Let’s make a bet then.
