Stanton urged Haslam to take an inventory of the organization so that Mayfield would no longer be caught in the crosshairs of the dysfunction.

I think it is working out so far.

I want to know who hired Monken and Horton since he didn’t know either of them and knew nothing about the air raid.

On the flip side all Freddie had to do was let Monken do his job.

It was like it was targeted dysfunction

I was never a believer in Monken and Baker being any kind of a match. Monken wanted a statue in the pocket who could surgically read and pick apart a defense. Baker’s at his best when the shit goes south. Everyone on this forum was always screaming PLAYACTION for the LOVE OF GOD RUN PLAYACTION. Nope. 7 step drop. Play that takes 5 seconds to develop. 5 wide.
Then add to that whatever plays Kitchens liked, and they totally didn’t fit Monken’s crappy offense.
I blame Monken for not matching his scheme to his players. I blame Kitchens for not letting Monken call his own plays then firing him in week 8 or so and moving on. I blame Dorsey for building this clown show. As good as he was at personnel, he was that bad at hiring coaches.
