No way Crow stays. He made his desire to leave known after the Jax game. I probably wouldn’t resign him at the amount he’d want anyway.

Allen Robinson has been mentioned many times as a guy who would be a big upgrade for us. We need 2 receivers. I’m not putting any bets on Gordon and Coleman staying on the field.

I hope we can resign Crow. Would rather not have another draft hole with all the fixing Dorsey has to do.

Depends how much Crow wants. But honestly, he’s not special and can be replaced in the draft easily. I’m not even sure he’s better than Matt Dayes. Crow is a tough runner, but he doesn’t have great vision and he’s not very quick in changing directions.

Grabbing Carlos Hyde or Jeremy Hill at RB

Adding Alan Robinson and or Terrell Pryor at WR

And maybe a corner or safety possibly a LB to wouldn’t be a bad idea.

I’m ready to move on from Crow. Every time he busts a run of 10 yards it’s because of amazing blocking. Usually he just plows into the back of an O-lineman. He has little vision and no patience to let the blocking develop. We can replace him in the 3rd round with another ‘thunder’ RB to compliment Dook’s lightning.

Hill blows and he’s a problem child too. Hyde is garbage and always hurt. Crow is far more valuable than those two. Pryor back with Hue or Robinson wouldn’t be bad. Free Safety is a must.

That said, Hill makes the most sense if we lose Crow because he’d slide right into the offense since he knows it.

I’d much rather grab an RB in the 3rd round than any of those guys.

I’d also much rather grab a WR in the 3rd round than have Pryor. We offered Pryor the Britt contract and he turned it down. He thinks he’s worth more than $10m/year. I don’t need that ego when his play on the field doesn’t match it. I realize that’ll upset a lot of OSU fans here but don’t we deserve better than Pryor?

I was just picking FA’s that address needs and fit Jacksons scheme and or have familiarity with it. He gets the axe I will adjust ideas on whom they should go after.

Yep. Precisely why Hill and Pryor make some sense.

I think you should add another criteria: Good at football.

Pryor had 1000 yards in Hues system. Jennings was great in GB. Went to Minny and sucked. Went back to GB and was good again. System has a lot to do with it when talking NFL players.

#1 I don’t Pryor will be that expensive his 1 year contract was a show me to the league what he is worth. That has backfired on him.

So the only place where he has been a 1000 yard receiver comes calling he might listen and not be that expensive.

I deep outs and jump balls is something TP and Kiser are both good at. So that would help Kiser. Who will be the likely starter/bridge QB till the guy drafted is ready. This assumes one is drafted of course.
