FYI I stopped watching at 31-0 in Q3.

    Game balls:

    None

    Goats:

Hue Jackson: you gave up on the run play 1 by dropping back for a pass. Britt still dresses for some reason. Kizer hasn’t been benched. Team is vastly worse than last year.

Gregg Williams: Boasted about being a pressure guy. 3rd and 16 rushes 4. He’s a bonafide pussy. Not to mention giving Dalton his first 4 TD game since 2013.

    Kenny Britt: just terrible

Kizer: can’t read aD for shit. Announcers pointed out wide open guys all over the field while you held it for an hour.

Peppers: his angle on the screen TD was like a 1 year old attempting masters geometry. He also sucks as a returner.

Sashi Brown: your days are done in the NFL. Just awful at talent evaluation.

I stopped at 31-0 also….so if someone came through and miraculously deserves a gameball, please change my opinion.

This may have been the low of the low. They looked like week 1 of preseason…..

    Hue should be fired.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

Hogan could potentially get a game ball for avoiding the shutout, but that’s about the only positive thing I can say.

I’m gonna go ahead and give myself a goat for watching the Browns this season. They’ve made it clear they have no interest in winning this season, so I’d don’t know why I should have any interest in watching.

Kizer looked lost back there. Completely, utterly, lost. im not writing him off, and really we have no choice other than to let him start the rest of the season and pray he develops, but I’d say we’re going to be in he an market again come April.

If I were Jimmy Haslam, I would’ve walks down onto the field and fired Williams in the middle of the game. We’ve invested way too many draft picks into the D for them to be as terrible as they’ve been the last 3 weeks. Every drive is either 3 and out, or a TD. Those are the only 2 options.

Oh, 1 more game ball I give out: the Sarah Thomas for incorrectly calling Daltons lateral an incomplete pass. The defense didn’t deserve the little bragging rights that TD would’ve given them.

This team is clearly worst than it was last year. I am glad I missed the game last week to enjoy some nature. Visiting my bro in cinci this week…maybe even going to the bengals game….we’ll see…but glad I don’t have to watch this garbage again next week.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

I don’t know, last years team was pretty terrible. But, I don’t want to get in a which is shittier argument.

I watched the first quarter and then went to the Art Museum instead of watching the rest. I think I got my Browns fill for the year, they’re clearly somehow worse than last year’s team which almost went 0-16. I cannot fathom us winning a game. We need to hire someone who knows how to evaluate talent before the current regime wastes the plethora of draft picks we have next year.

They should be embarrassed to play in the same city as great franchises like the Indians and Cavs.

The only coaching change that should happen is Hue fired as OC.

That said Haslam will fire them all and start over again. Analytics to pick football players is a useless failure. That’s evident when you pick a QB solely based on size and arm strength and ignore that he was benched in college for sucking. You end up taking him with a high pick and wasting it again. So far Sashi has pretty much failed at every turn. I’m torn on him, meaning we need stability. But with those picks next year, 4 of those first 5 are going to bust due to him.

Too bad next year’s QBs suck too so far otherwise losing 16 would be the best option

    Gameballs:

Ogbah – Might have been the best game of his career.
Duke – Continues to prove he is our only offensive playmaker.
Me – I watched the whole game and continued to chat with myself after everyone left.

    Goats:

WR’s – If the Browns released ALL of their healthy receivers right now none of them would get jobs with other teams except for maybe Kenny Britt. The rest of them are just not good enough to play in the NFL and wouldn’t even make a roster. A couple might be signed to a practice squad, that’s it.
WR scouting department – See above. They drafted 4 WR’s in 2016, none of them are contributing in a positive way. Coleman is the only one who perhaps has NFL talent.
TE’s – Blocking by the TE’s continues to be non-existent. As a group they are sometimes not even getting a finger on a guy they should be completely restraining. Often they pick up the wrong guy.
Dwayne Bowe/Kenny Britt – This person still contributes more to the opposing team than to our team. When he dropped his first ball (2-3 plays into the game) the crowd loudly booed him. When he made his first catch, the crowd gave him a standing ovation. We are paying him to tip balls to the defense. If @Soup’s tinfoil idea of the NFL and Goodell actively working against the Browns is true then Britt certainly is part of the conspiracy.
Legatron – Oh how you let me down Legatron. That 46 yarder had enough power to be a 66 yarder, but enough accuracy that it would have missed from the 15.
Punt coverage team – Cincy had impeccable blocking on every punt return. Our guys routinely got moved out of the way of the returner. They were completely outplayed.
Hogan – For showing us how bad Kizer actually looked out there
Personnel department – The moneyball approach has been amazing at acquiring picks and terrible at using them. Our young team really sucks. We’re terrible. Jets should destroy us.

    Game ball:

@ice for giving Hogan a goat for showing how much Kizer sucks.

Serious question. Is Hue sticking with Kizer to ram it down Haslams throat how terrible moneyball is?

Think about it. It was stated prior to the year Hue wanted Deshaun Watson when he was available for us. Instead we took a bum with an ultra high pick in round 2

FYI Watson accounted for 5 TDs yesterday and Kizer regressed for the 4th game in a row.

As for your receiver goats, announcers showed multiple times guys were wide open and Kizer never threw it. It’s been multiple games it’s pointed out. I’d dial back a touch of that criticism until we actually get a real QB in there. Eventually Hue will be forced into starting Hogan.

This about sums it up for me.

Ya know going through this shit, this unprecedented level of ineptitude and embarrassment, is actually worse than not even having a team. I see no point whatsoever in bothering to watch this farce of an organization any longer.

It’s pretty much that… I consider myself a die hard…. But if something even remotely comes up on sunday afternoon, I will do it. There is no point of me sitting in front of the TV to watch preseason football. This is the biggest turd ever…. Like the 90’s LA clippers is making this team look bad.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.
