Panthers also asked to interview Andrew Berry. The Eagles denied their request. That’s strange that they would allow him to interview with us for that position but not CAR.

They weren’t interviewing him for GM, but for VP of player personel or something like that. The Eagles has the ability to deny the request to interview him because he wouldn’t have final say over the roster in Carolina.

In Cleveland, Berry would be the GM and have final say over the roster, so the Eagles CANNOT deny the Browns request to interview him.

Since I don’t know exactly what his input was or exactly what he did not to mention his strengths or weaknesses, I can’t say if he would be good or bad. I don’t know what he did when he was here. I don’t know what input he had or if he made good or bad decsions since he was behind the scenes. It isn’t like evaluating a OC or head coach when you see how he calls a game.
