My suggestion would be to hire a consulting firm, pay them a million dollars, and ignore them too.

I don’t know how good Dorsey is at picking coaches. I doubt he hand-picked Andy Reid. Maybe he’s great at it, maybe not.
Also I’m not taking the word of 2 former employees that Haslam or Dorsey fired and didn’t have the balls to put their names to their bitching.
I say we keep Gregg Williams as HC just so Soup’s head explodes.
Soup you should buy the Browns. I am sure you could convince enough investors as you obviously know how to run a football program and know the right cocktail mix of running the ball 35 times a game and giving up 0 yards on defense.
