My only hesitation is Josh Gordon. Bell is a big time pot head. The player himself? Absolutely.

Bell is a big time pot head.

Something that to this day still absolutely astounds me. I have no idea how Bell could possibly get away with smoking pot every single day like he does without any punishment. I know hes been suspended previously, but as you mentioned he is indeed a big time pothead, the league could test him on any day and he’d fail. I’m absolutely baffled how he’s allowed to continually break the league rule on substance abuse and face zero repercussions.

He’s so dumb, the cop gave him an out and he failed to utilize it. The cop asked “is the pot hers?” His response, “no.” The cop followed up with “are you sure?” His response. “Yep.”

Rather go with C.Hyde or J.Hill if they go the Free Agent route at RB.

Hill sees A LOT of 6 or 7 man fronts because Big Ben is his teams QB. He reaped the rewards because that situation. I am not sure he will be the same back in another system. And then there is the pot is stupidity. Yeah puff puff pass on that! :p

We’ve got so many holes that RB is just not at the top of my list. If we’re gonna sign a big time free agent, let it be a QB. Or a WR. DB.

I pass on Bell. He wants a metric shitton of cash, and he’s a pothead, and he’s dumb enough to cause problems on a team that’s a perennial pro bowl contender. Do you really think he’d be happy in Cleveland if we’re going 6-10? I don’t see it working out.

Plus, RB is the easiest position to draft, and rookies can usually play immediately. The bust rate is extremely low, so it’s just not worth spending on. Trent Richardson is the only high bust I can even think of in the last 10 years.

If he signed with Cleveland, he would get suspended guaranteed. Not worth the risk. Cleveland should never sign or draft players with any type of stigma. Theleadership of the nfl hates Cleveland because of how poorly run the organization is. They hate that they won’t spend money. So if you are going to make an example, might as well beat up the red headed step child.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

If he signed with Cleveland he’d get suspended and probably take Gordon with him.
