So, this pure laziness on my part (I believe it’s called pulling an Ice), but what’s the word on this guy? Some buddy’s of mine last week were telling me he’s the next Manziel, though I quickly googled him and said “he’s 6’4”, so I don’t see the comparison.” But what’s the deal? A lot of off the field stuff?

Allow me to thaw you out. The word is……………awesome. He’s fucking money. Laser arm, sick intangibles, accurate, mobile, can read defenses and plays in a Pro-style offense. He’s big, can see over the line, has touch, throws a great long ball, and has franchise QB written all the fuck over him.
That’s a summary.

He’s a #1 overall pick.
Think the Manziel comparisons are being drawn about Baker Mayfield. Right down to the off-field issues.
I’m sure it’s being said about him as well, but this was definitely about Rosen.
Did a quick google search, and yeah, he’s had some questions, though nothing major and most of it dates back to last year. Mostly small stuff, like he had a hot tub in his dorm room but was forced to get rid of it. Didn’t see anything that had me too concerned.

I don’t see that as a character issue. In fact, I’d call it rather creative and amusing.

If he can play QB as good as I think he can I don’t care what way he swings or how many times a day he swings it, I just want to go to the Superbowl.

Woah, vegans are injury prone. The rest I can live with, but vegan? I have to draw the line somewhere. Hard pass.

Plus, vegan diets alter your genes making you hold the ball longer, and more prone to fumbling. We need a meat eater to handle cold weather games.

1) I’m on board with drafting Josh Rosen at #1 so far (still watching film).
2) The probability that Rosen will be available just increased exponentially with the hiring of Chip Kelly at UCLA.
3) I’m not the only one that believes that:

5) So far, Rosen reminds me of a stronger armed Jared Goff (who, as many of you will remember I was high on) who played in a pro style offense at the collegiate level.
6) I’m also very interested in Josh Allen, who reminds me a lot of Patrick Mahomes (who I was also VERY high on).

I know you do you home work an so do I..usually this season being an exception.
But who are your top 4 or 5 at the QB position in this draft class? And any particulars you’d like share like scheme background and strengths and weaknesses in their games.
IE Darnold even not paying attention I have heard some good things.

Maybe if he eats a proper omnivorous diet including lots of horny goat weed he can change his genetics.
