Here’s the biggest key to me is Joe Thomas statements (I believe when he was at Stanford me, @BillWunkle and @DawgSoldier were all high on Hogan as a draft pick potential):
“He just keeps getting better and better and better and keeps showing that even though maybe he wasn’t a high draft pick that when he gets the opportunity he makes the most of it,” said Thomas. “He throws the ball to the right guy, on time, on target. He does a good job with getting us in the right protections on the right guys in the pass game.
“He gets out of bad runs when they have a bad look on defense for us. So I think the confidence of the coaching staff just keeps growing when he’s out there and that’s why I think he just keeps moving up.”

Hogan goes 17-46 193 yards with a TD and 2 INT’s.
Crowell gets 14 yards on 6 carries. Duke Johnson gets 11 yards on 2 carries. Has 4 receptions for 65 yards.
Browns set NFL record with most 3 and outs since the merger.
David Njoku adds a garbage time 4th quarter TD.
Watson accounts for 4 touchdowns. Laughs maniacally on sidelines with Brandon Weeden.
Browns drop to 0-6 and officially rename the 2017 season “The Humiliation Tour”.

Soups right though Hogan is the answer.
