ParticipantI think the vote is easy…heading in the right direction will make him a better QB…..compared to who and what he was last year.
Might not make him a good QB, but it will make him better.

Participant@Syd – Money watch wasn’t set for Gilbert.
@Manziel – You keep repeating over and over to put the past behind you. I hope in rehab, they reflected exactly what you have become. You have a lot to prove – not as a player, but as a person. Manziel has a long way before coming a Pro.
I really hope that Manziel doesn’t see a down this year. Instead, I hope he takes a different path and becomes someone to the community while taking things serious in practice. He is paid millions of dollars – I am not saying give any money back, but you have plenty of sober minutes you can now integrate yourself with a community. Do something right in your life. For once, don’t be Johnny Manziel – be a person. Then you will succeed on the football field. Maybe give Josh Cribbs a call – the classiest Brown of all time.

ParticipantLast year is last year and I am putting that shit in the past. What he does now is what matters, not what he did last year.

Thanks for the brew. This really is a serious matter for this guy. I really hope he takes this chance and does what I have said above. I truly hope Johnny Manziel or one of his teammates finds your site and reads this.

ParticipantHis words are meaningless. His laziness will transcend. For this team to move forward he needs to go.

I don’t think laziness is the right word. It’s close, but I think a better fit is apathetic. He didn’t care, he thought the football would take care of itself like it always had in the past. The difference between apathy and laziness is that if he decides that football is important to him then he will work hard if he’s apathetic, but not if he’s lazy.
