https://youtu.be/hy-3bb1Nqy0ok in 1995 I was 18 5-10 195. I could bench 300 squat 375 and deadlift 420 I wasn’t the strongest guy on my football team ether. Go down to you local HS and ask if 420 is that high of a dead lift.
I played ILB in a 5-2 Defense and DE on 3rd down as I was a better pass rusher than than a coverage LB.
