How many ACL’s does he need? Play on it.
I know there’s gonna be some people saying “Baker is better off when he’s not worried about forcing it to OBJ”. Some reporter will even ask Baker that question and I’ll give you the same answer he will. Absolutely not. There is no way this team is better without OBJ than it is with him. OBJ forces teams to adjust their coverage and makes it much easier for Baker to read the defense.

If Mayfield plays lights out and back to his rookie season and Higgins lights it up then we ha e that conversation.

Njoku’s trade request becomes unlikely unless it is for a WR thats as good as a reciever or better.
Also DPJ is also gonna get a lot run on the outside to replace OBJ with Landry.

I wonder if this puts his 2021 season in jeopardy as well. Fucking sucks.
Possibly…..Silver lining…limited stats suggest a non OBJ lead passing attack is more efficent as there isn’t an emphasis to force the ball to OBJ.
