Dorsey was on 92.3 and he kept talking culture and importance of locker room.

Notice in the article when he fired Jackson, he said you lost the lock room.

Something very key he said about free agency. He didn’t talk about the best player. He didn’t talk about a guy fitting into the system. He talked about the most important trait to him.

He talked about passion for the game. This is what I have said all along. People make fun of me when I say I don’t think they practiced hard or paid attention in film. Dorsey finds him players where these things are key. This is how he determines winners.

Its easy to say now baker is the guy. But there were a ton of people from experts to browns fans all over who questioned the pick. Dorsey never questioned it because he knows baker has a hunger. He has a passion. It shows in his play. It’s why he was so successful this year. It’s why Dorsey drafted ward. Another person when he talks has passion and determination.

Freddie kitchens can relate to players. He is a passionate person himself. Where his weakness is going to be is in experience. Where is success is going to be is in preparation. Lots of excitement here.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.

Ya know, I was pretty stoked when we hired Hue.

Then…well we know how that ended up going. So, judgement will be reserved until we get some results, one way or another.

That said, I love how Dorsey has handled this team to this point. I only hope that Haslam leaves him the fuck alone so this team can hopefully flourish.

I think the Haslem have learner. Browns went 5-2 after loser Hue being fired. I think they stayed out of things and look how things turned out. Dorsey is not Mr “I find guys with the best stats” he is find a guy who will work his ass off and produce for you. This is what i look for in a players. Nfl plays are so close in skill level that with the right coaching, guys will evolve.

    Hue Jackson is a loser.
