the dudeParticipantYou are not giving Hue Jackson and Kevin Hogan a fair shot.
Hue Jackson is a loser.

ParticipantThis is basically why I’m so torn on the FO right now. I love the theory and trading down for more picks. I actually thunk the nfl should outlaw trading future draft picks, as it allows teams to take advantage of GMs trying to win now I order to save their jobs, potentially at the expense of the team they represent. Not that they ever will do that, though.
But, while I love the theory, it’s impossible to get behind the players they’ve actually selected. When they failed to get one of the bi 3 qbs this year, they sealed their fate, imo.

ShooterModeratorThis is why I still give Hue a pass on a large majority of things. I can’t think of a scenario where I would find myself ever agreeing with Pacman Jones, but I can on this one: I don’t see how Hue can win with this roster either. Come to think of it, I don’t know how he can find any success with this roster, let alone win.
This is hiring Gordon Ramsey to cater your event with cuisine but only letting him use a McDonalds freezer for ingredients.
The Calculator Club has been a spectacular failure. You have one of your top talent evaluaters breaking down a college linebacker the same way he would for a 2nd basemen. The only word I have to describe how obvious it was that that wasn’t going to work is wellnofuckingshit. This is the reason so many other front office execs were laughing and mocking the Browns at the hires of Sashi and Depodesta. One is a corporate lawyer, the other is a baseball scout. No one, and I mean no one should be surprised at all that their complete lack of knowledge of football has caused them to suck horribly at building a football team. And not just horribly. Near historically bad. Bordering on being the worst team ever assembled in the history of any major sports league level bad. Whatever the fuck these clowns thought was a good idea, or direction, is magnificently and catastrophically wrong in their ill-fated, neglectful, and destructive assessment.
I’m a cameraman/audio operator, and I work in broadcasting. If someone hired me to take-on and operate their steel mill because it was under performing, no one should be surprised when it collapses in dazzling and most likely life-risking fashion. Because I have no fucking clue how to run a steel mill. The owner of the steel mill should be castigated supremely for even thinking of the dumbfuck idea to hire me as the operator. And that’s what I’m going to do in this situation, I’m directing all of the attention to Haslam.
I can’ even really fault Depodesta or Sashi. Neither of them knew what the fuck they were doing. It’s honestly not their fault, they never should have been hired in the first place. This is all the fault of ownership for hiring an entire Front Office team that knew absolutely nothing about football. This moron and his aw shucks “we gone git this raight” attitude could not have made any worse decisions if he actually sat down and tried to do it on purpose. He has taken this franchise from laughingstock, to irrelevance, to the point where the league is going to have to step in soon to try and right this ship. It is bad for the league to have 1 team so singularly awful.
There is no decision whatsoever that Jimmy Haslam could possibly make that would make this team any worse than what it is right now, and that unto itself is stunning. They’ve fired and replaced every member of the front office numerous times and have wiped out and replaced the roster just as many. It should be the absolute focus of every fan of the Browns (at least, the ones who are left), and former fans of the Browns, to get this piece of shit the hell out of Berea, and make him sell this team to someone who doesn’t slam his dick in the door all day long.
Until that happens, I don’t give even 1 fuck what happens to this team. I’m not gonna watch, and I’m not going to pay any attention to them in any way shape or form. My loyalty and my fandom have only gotten me spit on, and I’m simply not going to take it anymore because I don’t deserve it.

the dudeParticipantI read your first 4 lines shooter….and nothing else. I don’t disagree with you….fuck this is a terrible lineup….just terrible.
But I don’t believe that based on the record that any nfl coach should remain on. I don’t think anyone should be even involved with this program that is currently.
The only good player in the last 5 years is joe thomas…..and as far as I am concern….can be cut. this is bad. this is atrocious. he doesnt deserve this garbage….this is garbage
the most fucking garbage i have ever seen….like teams like the jags have been bad….but never this bad…i mean this is terrible just absolute garbage terrible. sell it. move it. its fucking garbage.
Hue Jackson is a loser.

ShooterModeratorI read your first 4 lines shooter….and nothing else.
Come on! I name dropped Gordon Ramsey, made up my own word, discussed how I’d fare at running a steel mill and drew a line in the sand while determining where exactly to aim my vitriol.
That’s quality writing right there bro.
