Baker Mayfield: 30 starts
HC:
Hue Jackson
Gregg Williams (should’ve kept)
Freddie Kitchens
Kevin StefanskiOC:
Todd Haley
Freddie kitchens
Todd Monken
Alex Van PeltHe had success under a stern coach. Dorsey “fixed” what wasn’t broke when he hired Kitchens. That ended Mayfields career. Look for a Mayfield benching Q3 of week 3 when we are 0-2 and losing against The Redskins

DawgParticipantI don’t think it was the “stern coach” that led his success so much as the offense was suited to him, and he had success with both Haley and Kitchens as OC. He definitely improved after Haley and Hue were fired, but he was also a rookie getting some games under his belt. I think the game was just coming to him.
Last year, was just dysfunction between Monken and Kitchens. Practice one thing, play another. And now, he’s got an uphill battle because he’s a year 3 QB, but he’s still in year 1 of learning his offense.
Really, the cause for everything is numb it’s Haslam keeping Hue in 2018. He had NO leash, there was no way he was finishing out that season, and it has led to continuous upheaval for Baker. Then, Williams was named temporary HC, when he had no shot at being the permanent HC. 2 very dumb moves that guaranteed an insane amount of turnover.
