No, that was my fault.
I have my headphones set at a certain level, and he was sick. So when he talked, I heard him very light but didn’t think anything about it.
Then I listened.
That was just a fumble by me. Bad Job. I’m a freaking audio engineer and that’s seriously like the 3rd time we’ve had audio issues on this show. That shit drives me crazy beyond words, I want to go back in time and fix it lol.
The truth is, we’re adding more and more elements to this as we go. Kevin is driving the car, and as a result my only real concern is focusing on what the fuck it is I’m going to be talking about. So prior to the show, instead of dialing things in and checking things diligently I’m fucking off reading articles, reading here, watching videos and all kinds of nonsense and when it’s time for the show to start I’m completely unfocused hahahahahahahahahahaha.
We just got ANOTHER piece of sweet, sweet ass gear this week that’s going to be added into the show next week. Like, this shits about to go into TV-broadcast-level sweetness. I’m genuinely excited.
But I digress. Yes, Kevin’s mic will be back up to an acceptable level again lol. That shit was my fault for being a selfish, distracted idiot.

Anyway, Ice, if I’ve learned one thing from Soup, it’s that nothing is going to change with this show until we as fans demand better. This is unacceptable. Do you think they would put up with low mics in Pittsburgh or New England? No, they have Super bowl winning-caliber expectations. This shit would never fly there.

Notice that no one has complained about the CONTENT, just the technical aspects. And Matthew J. seems to be Soup if he were born a man.
