I don’t think it’s based on number of wins, it’s subjectively based on team performance. For example I don’t think ANY of us expected us to win yesterday, let alone in that fashion. If we play that well and still lose to the Pats or any of the other NFL juggernauts then he’s still making a good case for himself.
I’d certainly take Williams over any coordinator who’s never been a HC or any college coach.
Also Soup hates him so that’s a big plus in my book.
