He had a knee injury in Q1 and went to the locker room. He never came back out. Did he go to the hospital? Usually an injured guy will throw on a splint or air cast and watch the game from the bench with his team.

At this point I’d rather have Higgins starting over him. It’s obvious Higgins and Mayfield have chemistry

I was just rolling my brother that analytics probably will say Higgins should be playing over OBJ.

Blew out his knee by tearing downfield and making a diving tackle after an interception. What a fucking diva.

To be clear, I didn’t mean that as a swipe against anyone in this thread, I’m just throwing my arms in the air at the fans here in Cleveland. He’s still a “diva” to the majority of them, and I just don’t fucking get it. OBJ loves throwing blocks, fights for the ball, and I cannot fathom how anyone can question his effort or dedication.

OBJ as a player is incredibly talented. OBJs attitude is one wanting to win. I love that he was angry as hell we got curbstomped by the Steelers. That said, Mayfield is a better QB without him on the field. He’s not thinking OBJ first. They haven’t been on the same page in 20 games.

The interception to OBJ – he threw the same pass to Higgins for. Completion. Chemistry is key. Q2 on Stefanski “changed” the offense in a sense and went with quicker hits. Things they haven’t done with OBJ in there. I’ve said it for years – designing plays just to get the ball to a certain reciever 5 times is silly.

Baker is a better QB without him and Stefanski calls better pass plays without him.

Remember, it’s a team sport based off chemistry and putting your players in the right spot to suit their strengths. Baker and OBJ have different strengths system wise. It’s not a fit and that’s okay

OBJ and Landry seem to be having a contest over who can throw the best downfield block. Seriously. They’ve caught some DB’s and even a linebacker or two by surprise.

OBJ is not a diva. He’s extremely emotional and wears his emotions on his sleeves. He’s pissed when we’re losing.
