Interesting that you’d be interested in Clay Matthews. My understanding is that, in our scheme, the linebackers rarely rush the passer, which is far and away his greatest strength. Do you think he’s good enough, at this phase in his career, to change our scheme for? Or is he just “better than what we have”?
I’m also in “extra careful quarantine”, my wife has an autoimmune disorder for which she takes immuno suppressants (scarier than it sounds unless there’s a global pandemic). Plus, I’ve been prioritizing helping out my mother over socializing, a choice I likely won’t have once I return to my bartending job where I’ll be too “exposed” to risk being around her as much. My back yard has never looked better.
Yeah, this whole COVID thing has been a nightmare.
