Initial reaction . . . This was a solid draft by Sashi and company. If indeed DeShone Kizer ends up being a franchise QB for the Browns, then they will have been a slam dunk. I’m not going to grade this draft yet, but I’m definitely encouraged by the picks they were able to make.

I can hardly wait to see what Williams can do with the kids we got.

Let the facts come out at the appropriate time and made a judgement from there. If the allegations are indeed true, then he’s history and the Browns just wasted a 6th round pick – no big loss. If they’re false, then the Browns got the steal of the draft. Time will work this out, one way or another.

You know that it’s entirely plausible that the Browns could trade back into the first after picking the BPA regardless of position and take a QB then. Stay tuned in, folks.

I’m good with Howard at #12. Just didn’t understand taking two TE’s and two QB’s in the same draft. Obi Melifonwu would be a respectable selection at #33.
