Watson’s contract for 2022 is basically $1m salary $45m bonus. That $45m all hits our cap this year essentially making us very cash-poor. We can’t resign Baker to lessen the cap hit for another team. Whatever team he goes to will have to figure it out.

Agree and it is a smart move. Watson is going to be suspended at some point (at least that is what I believe) so having a backup with a similar skill set is a smart move.
