And then there’s this tidbit. I seen a post over the past week questioning Watson’s velocity. Certainly ain’t advocating a pick at 12, but it’s been slow around here.
My work here is done.

You know, we always seem to have our best success with second or third round guys (not always the case). That’s all well and good, but for once, we need a fucking can’t miss, sure thing player…or two.
And yeah, the front office are the guys doing most of the legwork with the scouting and whatnot, but I hope Jackson and Williams get to chime in…[Read more]

Right! Best I can figure, we’re going to not only win the next three Super Bowls, but we are finally going to end world hunger and discover nuclear fusion.
That’s the greatest graph ever.

Aren’t numbers fun?

REAL late. But…intruiging. Minus the headaches, Kelly would likely be ahead of the entire pack.
But that’s a whole lotta headache though. This front office had their fill of those, so don’t get your hopes up, even if we do draft him.

Exactly…even after Cousins was quoted as saying, basically, “if it happens, it happens”. That was a month or two back, but I’m sure the proof exists in some way. I’m not hunting it down.
By the time I finish this, we’ll be in the mix for Derrick Carr and Mark Sanchez.

Now, you’re Hue Jackson, all-powerful, walk-on-water, and spends his off time holed up as the hidden leader of a group of Tibetan monks in the mountains of Nepal learning the lost art of American Football. You even already have a shaved head. As said football guru, you don’t tie your job and your…[Read more]

I’m with you on the Mitchell pick. Still, this year there’s no way he starts this season. However, if brought into the role properly, he could be a sharpshooter.
Question is, how do we do that? Our QB room isn’t exactly the most experienced. Make no mistake that this year will be much better than last year, but this position isn’t exactly…[Read more]

Well, now you can add Bryce Petty and Geno Smith to the mix.
God help us.

Here we go, trying to get this figured out…again. So let’s look at the options we have and answer the age-old Browns question…how do we fix this shit?
I will say this- taking the steps to fix the O-line is HUGE, and a major reason we sucked so bad last year. So no matter who we have throwing, he’ll at least have more peace of mind that he…[Read more]

He better. I mean I realize that he had one of the strangest injuries last year and all, and I get it…but even when he was on the field, he didn’t do enough to warrant a first-round pick. If he has a similar season, I can promise you there will be more frowny faces than happy ones.

Supposedly, Sashi pulled a Mitchell Schwartz on him…the offer he gave initially wasn’t the same one he got after Washington made their offer. Came from one of MKC’s “sources”, so take it as you will.

Last season was bad. I mean, I can honestly say that it felt worse than 2008…watching a team that just went 10-6 completely crash and burn was rough.
Watching every week to see my team finally get a win was way worse. I hope I never see something like that again. Despite their refusal to call it a rebuild, that’s exactly what it is.…[Read more]
