This is going to be a big challenge. Kicker quality is down the worst it has ever been in my memory. Missed extra points and field goals has to be at a high.

I don’t think I have seen as many kickers ever hitting the post like we have this season.

The preseason soup meltdowns count the same as nfl preseason games…. Let start a fantasy pool where we can bet on which quarter soup has his meltdowns. We can settle meltdown by which coordinator gets the first goat.

It’s a very understandable change. I hope Williams the best. I liked him a lot, but I am not going to lose any sleep. His blitzing if that’s what you want to call it was not very good.

I think this was a great decision. I think Gregg Williams would have been a great decision too. But i think this is someone who is going to make a big change to this organization and help the team grow.

I don’t think being a coordinator necessarily qualifies you for being a head coach. I prefer not hiring a coordinator purely because too many times they want to take over play calling or butt heads with coordinators.

Gregg Williams is still my front runner.
