Cincinnatti ownership has a desire to remain as mediocre as possible for as little money as possible. That is the organizational goal. Instead of trying to win as much as possible to earn as much as possible, they try to spend as little as possible. They are probably looking to trade out of the spot and get some nice mid-1st round picks in the trade.

TJ Carrie got a 1 year vet min contract which is shocking to me. He’s good enough to start on a lot of NFL teams.
