The quality of referees has taken a huge plunge this year. A lot of refs have retired, maybe that’s something to do with it. It’s gone both ways and certainly we’ve seen it everywhere in the league but the Browns have been more victimized than our opponents for sure.

Today Hue walked back most of his post-game comments, saying he needs to learn to not get upset himself.

It’s a lot harder to predict success than failure. So DS gets more props for this prediction than Soup does for saying every QB is gonna suck.

The offense has been absolutely terrible the last few weeks. Something has to be done.

I still believe that there is a growing rift between Hue and Haley as evidenced by Hue standing at the podium for 3 straight weeks saying ‘Chubb has gotta get more carries’ and then it doesn’t happen so they traded Hyde away to force the issue.

Hyde was better than I expected. He’s a complete back and I think his ability to pick up a blitz (and Chubb’s lack) probably were the main reason Chubb wasn’t getting carries. Also Chubb has been trying to bounce everything outside.
