Have to bring it up each year just to annoy @dawgsoldier 😃 Carson “Glass” Wentz is out 5-12 weeks injured yet again. I think Courtney Brown was less injury prone.

Huge news and what a team friendly deal he did. If you call it 4 years $36m that’s $9m per year. 8th highest in the NFL for the best back in the NFL.

Good news. Sucks he had Covid. He’s got a lot to catch up on.

Good deal for both sides. Gets it done before the season starts, gives Chubb guaranteed money against injury and the Browns get his for a few million less than he probably would have gotten as a free agent, and it means he is here for 4 more years.

I don’t care whether he was vaccinated or not. That is his choice. I just hope there isn’t a major outbreak and he doesn’t get too sick from it.
BrownsFan4Life replied to the topic Sheldon Richardson in the forum Browns Forum 3 years, 10 months ago
Richardson, whom the Browns tried to bring back, signed a one-year deal with the Vikings on Tuesday worth $3.6 million, and up to $4.35 million with incentives.
So this ship has sailed.

Not a surprise the NFL doing everything in it’s power against us. Defense will have to gel really fast to win this one. Meanwhile the Ratbirds get the Raiders. Yeah, I’m saying it early and now. Must win week 1 for the Browns for confidence in the year.

Because of my weirdness, my only concern is the LBer in round 2. Our biggest need by far – issue – he went to Notre Dame and Notre Dame players typically suck in the NFL. Hopefully he breaks that trend!

I am guessing that is why they outbid other teams for him. He is the one UDFA I expect to make the team.

I would have rather had Wade myself but I do understand drafting an Offensive Tackle because we do need depth and with a lot of contracts coming up in the next year or two, we won’t be able to keep the entire line.
The days of spending money without worrying about the salary cap are over. This is the price of being a good team.
I can’t wait…[Read more]

The Browns definitely made more picks than I thought they would. Some of the lower picks had me scratching my head.
I absolutely hated the trade down with Detroit. I don’t think we received enough.
