Yay for 50 passes a game, terrible overall clock management and another 13 PPG season!
Hopefully next year they get the coach right

J.C. TRETTER
C, CLEVELAND BROWNSBrowns C J.C. Tretter (knee) returned to practice.
Tretter being on track to suit up on Sunday against the Ravens is a big development for Cleveland’s offensive line. Tretter underwent a “clean up” procedure on his knee after playing through knee ailments in 2019. Fifth-rounder Nick Harris was in line to take…[Read more]soup replied to the topic Browns Get S Ronnie Harrison from Jags in the forum Browns Forum 5 years, 7 months ago

You’re assuming this coaching staff and front office will still be in charge. When we go 4-12 it’ll be yet another house cleaning

For a 5th round pick. I know nothing about him

Has anyone heard any reports on how he’s doing with the new offense? I’ve heard nothing. Which seems like it should be a good thing

I joined the US Navy in 1985 and retired in 2009. The Browns announced the move in 1995 while I was stationed in London. I’m no longer worried about my liver.
the dude started the topic Follow up on Njoku trade – rumor in the forum Browns Forum 5 years, 8 months ago
Rumor has it Browns looking at Indy safety for Njoku.
FYI Njoku has looked absolutely terrible based on reports. Nothing physically wrong with him….still can’t block and cannot catch the ball anymore. This would be a good move for the Browns at this point.

Browns will start the year 5-0 then COVID will hit the league so hard the season will be canceled. That’s how it goes for us Browns fans

If all goes as planned, he will be only the third player to be here 10 years or more since the return. The other 2 are Phil Dawson and Joe Thomas.
BrownsFan4Life replied to the topic Vernon takes a pay Cut in the forum Browns Forum 5 years, 9 months ago
This means Clowney can’t use the Browns to entice another team to make a better offer.
If healthy, Vernon is pretty good and will help. Just have to hope he stays healthy.
I also read part of the renegotiation is that they can’t franchise him next year.

@ice who went in to success the way you described? He’s just another big guy with no hands.

Rosenhaus is his agent. He’ll be out of the league in a year. No clue how Rosenhaus still gets players

@ice if you don’t want to be reminded of politics during football Sundays, you will have an awakening…. It is an election year.
I choose to stand for the flag. Of course, my ancestors were not lynched or whipped and forced to work for opposite race. So I don’t blame one side or the other.
You know what other countries force people to stand…[Read more]

Nate Boyer doesn’t speak for all military. It is just one mans opinion. I know plenty of people, retired and active who think it is disrespectful to kneel during the national anthem.

Unless the NFL reverses their TV policy you won’t be reminded. They stopped showing the anthem on TV
soup replied to the topic Mayfield will kneel during the anthem in the forum Browns Forum 5 years, 10 months ago
While I respect your position, taking a knee in silence isn’t the same as holding up degrading signs. The issue people saying it’s disrespectful to the military is:
“ Retired Army Green Beret Nate Boyer is the man who first convinced Colin Kaepernick to kneel during the national anthem.”
A veteran convinced him to kneel. They tell you they ar…[Read more]

Get pulled over by police and killed simply for the color of your skin and the flag will mean something different to you.
The point is – when they tell you it’s not about the military nor disrespectful to the military – they are telling the truth. Just as you standing and saluting doesn’t make you racist or disrespecting black lives…[Read more]

Why would he care if he loses fans? How is that immature? He doesn’t make money off of having fans. He makes it off production. Being a leader has zero to do with fans, it has to do with teammates who he just publicly told he has their backs and will kneel. No fan who is against kneeling will claim they’d respect him if he said it the way you…[Read more]
