After watching the first half again, this was a damn odd game….It was 7-3 until midway thru the 2nd and Browns were right there.
Then Chargers scored on the long pass: 14-3.

Taylor is too conservative. 3rd and 13 you can expect a safe 5-yard completion.
He’s a rinse and repeat of all the other garbage QB’s the Browns have had.
